2001 Vauxhall Vectra steering is hard

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2001
Variant: 1.8
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
Hi

I hope I can find the reply to my problem.
Steering becomes heavy when I am slow or the speed is less than 5 miles/hr. I feel it hard when i am parking or turning righ or left.
when the car is cold and I start the car,the steering is smooth and fine but after driving a while, it become heavy.
Steering is smooth when the car is in speed but it becomes heavy when it is slow.
Also, when the car speed is more than 75, the vibration starts in the steering wheel.
please suggest.

it could be the steering rack
or the ball joints on the front suspension
