2004 Vauxhall Vectra rattling sound when stuck in traffic jams/ start-stop driving

A low rattling sound starts when I get stuck in traffic jams or drive/stop over a perio of time. It is unsettling and annoying although neither VAuxhall garage nor two other independent garages could find the cause/a faul. It does sound a bit like two parts rattling against each other due to a lose bolt or something (fro engine area hence a bit worrying...)

Anyone's got the same problem or got any advice?

hydraulic lifters a possability have these checked out by a garage hope this helps could be internals of the catalyst breaking down
