1998 Vauxhall Vectra no rpm, temp, rear wiper, turn signals, elect windows and board computer not working

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 1998
Variant: 2.5 V6 Sri
Categories: Leaks & Noises
Today I've brought my car to a garage for an oil change. When I picked it up nothing was wrong but half an hour later then interior light was on and wouldn't go off, unless I disconnect the cable in the ceiling. Then one hour later I started the car and the RPM's weren't indicating and neither were the temp, fuel tank, also the front windows and the indicator lights are not working.
I see that they have disconnected and reconnected my battery, maybe that had something to do with this? Any help is welcome.

I would check the positive lead to the battery , it may have a multitude of live wires running from it (There may be a plate connected to the positive terminal) on which more than one live is connected, servicing various fuseboxs. They may well have not reconnected or knocked one of the (รท) off of it.
