when my vectra gets warm i cant get it into 1st and 2nd and the clutch pedal sinks i have changed the clutch and slave cylinder any one no anything

If pedal is sinking , you've got to be losing pressure somewhere . Try bleeding again and see if there is any air in system . If it is drawing air , got to be faulty part fitted.
