Washer (not workin)

hi, have vectra B,do i have to take front bumper of the car to access the motor under the washer bottle? i think its blocked, the water stinks like rotton eggs. have allready tried to suck water up..but we wont go there..my mouth will smell of rotton eggs for a while now... i have seen on the website vectra c,s you can take wing of and wheel arch cover to get to it, is it the same for vectra B,s ..
any info would be great thanks..

you can remove the splash guard under the wing to get access

so idont need for taking the front bumper off, thats a nightmare i have heard.(the arch splash guard needs to be taken off from the front left side (with the wheel taken of first..no need for wing then..cheers..
