2006 Vauxhall Vectra driver mirror not working

Hi guys. Wondering if anybody could help me identifying my problem. My centre driver mirror is meant to be anti dazzle but it's not working. I guess that the light on the bottom of the mirror should be on but that is never on.
Hope somebody can assist!

Except faulty mirror it should work. First remove the upper cover on the roof lining and check cables and connections - probably there is special tape. If this looks ok, switch ignition to 2 position (lights on on the dashboard) and check voltage - must be 12V, if you do not have any multimeter use any car bulb and two cables. If cables, connections and voltage are alright - bad news - faulty mirror. But they are cheap from second hand ;)
