the traction control comes on and the car cuts out and all the egine lights come on but im able to start it back up wile moving

i suspect a short circuit somewhere is at fault.
have the vehicle plugged in and diagnosed to see if any fault codes are stored. these are usually a good starting block. hope this helps!!
