Vauxhall Vectra car cut of as i was making a left turn

no warning lights on dash, it was driving beautifuly

Too many unknowns to really be of help . Need to check if fuel or electrical fault . Could even be timing belt dependant on mileage and if not been changed as VX service schedule ,
The recommended change interval for the 1.8 is:-
Z18XE engine is 6 yrs / 60,000 miles (whichever comes sooner)
Z18XER engine is 10 yrs / 100,000 miles (whichever comes sooner)
