Here's my problem guys....my 07 plate Vec Sri has a starting problem takes a while to fire but idle /acceleration is very good....then i get a cloud of blue smoke from the exhaust and it runs like a watch.....one mechanic said it was glow plugs another one said a possible fuel problem.....anyone else had this.....thanks for any advice guys...

Blue smoke is oil burning . Common on that car is valve stem oil seals / piston rings or both which wont help starting . Oil usually carbons up valves .
