You will have to check for power at motor as a first step .Could be motor itself or a power supply fault .

Could be damp in a switch .spray with WD 40.

DO NOT spray switch , which I believe is part of the stalk with WD40 !!!!! Impossible to access anyway as is integral part of combined switch / stalk unit .
