Car starts fine but when revs under 2000 sluggish and will not build up power after2250 revs car surges also when stood seems to misfire on tickover

it maybe your egr valve clogged up. i work for vauxhall and it sounds like your egr valve us getting stucking half way

I took car into mechanic to change glow plugs but he said glow plugs won't come out of engine any suggestion on how to change them
