i can t seem to find the leak but i am loooseing water as i have to keep puting water in any idears wear i should start looking beside s the ovics place like the main hose s top bottem

Check the radiator. Is there water in the oil ?

If you cant see the leak , get a pressure test carried out on cooling system which should show any exterior leaks and if nothing showing a block test if needed .Check the cap on coolant tank also .
