2009 Vauxhall Vectra rear passanger side fog lamp not working

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2009
Variant: 1.8 sri estate
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
My rear passanger fog light is not working since buying it so after changing the bulb it still wasnt working, on further investigation i noticed ther was only 3 wires leading to the rear light and 4 wires to the rear driver side... could this be the problem?

Yes its also coming up on my head unit... only the driver side is working... i even swapped the lights and plastic socket... the thing thats confusing me is there only 3 wires that side and 4 the other though both back lights are symmetrical

Some cars have only one fog light .Vectra-C's only have one working rear foglight - the driver's side one, as only one is required by law. The passenger side one won't work, even though it has a bulb in it, as there are no wires going to it.
