2005 Vauxhall Vectra spanner coming up and won't go over 30 mph

I just had my car serviced today because the spanner was coming up. Got my car back after getting new brake pads put on but spanner is still there. Took the car for a run tonight but she won't go over 30 mph. Any ideas what might be the problem?

Take it back to whoever did the work and get them to fix it FOC and also reset light .
