2006 Vauxhall Vectra temp gauge shows 92 deg on cool engine

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2006
Variant: 1.8 Sri (z18xer)
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
Hello.
Yesterday I was driving and coolant temp light kick in plus temp gauge maxed out. (Engine was running as normal /fans off) I've stopped the car/ checked coolant level, leaks- all good. I've waited for 2 hours temp didn't drop a bit. Left the car for 6 hours. Temp gauge maxed out on cool engine temp light blinking plus car didn't start. Error read on opcom showed p0115

After coolant temp sensor replacement temperature gauge shows 92 deg after switching the ignition. Car doesn't start. There is a torque but no start.
Plus opcom shows no connection with ecu.
Autel can connect but don't show any errors. Can delete mil light. But it reappears.

What to do?
