car ticks over nice but wont rev above 2500rpm and when it gets to 2500rpm it smokes a whitey blue colour and starts missing any suggestions

Might be worthwhile changing fuel filter ,Check coolant level and if down get a block test on engine in case head gasket suspect and causing white smoke .But other causes that can cause the white smoke .
