Heater turns off when u turn lights on

Variant: 1.8 sri

I cant use my heater or aircon if I put my lights on this also happen if using interier light or open glove box or if I lift sunvisor or open a door

number 12 fuse has blown it is located in the fuse box on the side of the dashboard on the passanger side , it has the airbag sticker on it
