Heating blowing warm

Once cars warmed up half way on heat speed 1 it warm n same on 2 but not getting the full heat wot I'm suppose to have when change to speed 3-4 the heating goes more cold, I have changed thermostat and control unit no joy.. Even 1 and speed 2 even tho it blows out warm still feel bit of breeze coming thru vents

Any ideas pls

Check how hot the heater hoses pasing through the bulkhead are.Try bleeding the heater and if still not right , try flushing heater matrix .

I have flushe whole coolant but no joy still I don't get it warm on speed 1n2 but 3-4 cold ❄
