Buzzing when lights are on stops when braking

When the lights are on there is a buzzing noise, this stops when the rake is used

I just copied it and pasted it on Google to check and it gives you the links to " Tow bar `buzzing` noise UKCampsite.co.uk Caravan ." which the gives you the solution to fault .
