2004 Vauxhall Vectra starting the car

Variant: 1.9 sri

When I start the car I have to under the bonnet and unplug the temp sensor I belive it is start the car with a struggle then reconnect the sensor basically putting it into limp mode can any help me sort this problem out once and all thanks in advance oh and also the turbo cuts out every now and then I have to turn the car off/on to reset it, it would be great if use could help me out with that also thanks again in advance

Try replacing sensor ?

I've replaced the temp sensor still the same ?
