2006 Vauxhall Vectra juddering at speed car spanner warning flashing

Went to Leeds today on m62 cruising along then started juddering car spanner warning came on got to were I needed to be but had to be recovered and taken home. The guy said it could be the injectors misfiring, engine juddered on tick over need help and advice please

It needs a vauxhall service,.......lol
Actuator cleaned, blocked breather (air compressor 12v not in service station)
Egr cleaned fuel filter my main guess
