2000 Vauxhall Vectra engine management light

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2000
Variant: 1.8sri
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Hello there hoping someone can help. My vectra has always had the odd stutter but more recent this stutter has caused e.m. Light to come on this is not restricting the running of the car e.g speed limiting me. Anyway after continuous driving the light will come on and go off when this stuttering occurs. Well paper clip test showed MAF sensor and air temperature sensor ( code 0100 and 0110 ) I had already replaced cam sensor as this was my easiest diagnosis at the time. So I replaced MAF sensor I believe air temp sensor is encore rated in that. I also before I replaced had it plugged into a garage to verify MAF sensor which it did.
Well with this new sensor fitted problem still occurring for the first time I had my head under bonnet with engine idling and it stuttered and engine light had come on again another I'd say 10 mile drive after this and no light but if anyone has any thoughts in this I'd be thankful of the input.
Cheers paul

Could be coil pack or plugs causing intermittent misfire .
