my blowers blow cold and temp on dash is 0 while im driveing but if the car is idle the temp on dash works and blower are luck warm i have change heat resis chip and thormostat any iders any one

Try bleeding cooling system .

Top up coolant tank , get car to working temp ,run car at a fast idle and loosen return pipe till getting good flow back or any air out .
