1998 Vauxhall Vectra starting problem

When I turn the car over it won't start and I have to roll it off the drive to bumb start it. Also I lose all the stations on my radio and have to re-program them every time I start the car.
Is this a problem with the starter motor or something else?

Looks like weak battery .Need to get it load tested .Any fast fit centre or good accessory store will do FOC .

Would agree with wittinghame does sound like a battery issue.

Hi. My rear heated window only works on the top and bottom wires in the screen. All others don't work at all. Is this terminal or can it be fixed.
