Location of throttle body and how to know if its not working properly

2005 Vauxhall Vectra 1.9 cdti
Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2005
Variant: 1.9 cdti
For a while now ive been running in limp mode with a problem caused by the throttle body. If the flap is getting stuck is there anyway of sorting it or is a new one needed.

Could try cleaning it .

buy some carb and injection cleaner and spray in to the throttle body while engine is running and this will either help the problem or do nothing at all but will help i would have thought but worth a try

A tooth brush and some carb cleaner should help to clean it out.
