How do you free a counter weight on the rear centre seat belt have tried changing the angle made sure that its locked on position
its just seized and will not move its the type with the stud on the belt to stop it going all the way in and that is free of the wheel

Try banging the mechanism that may release it ,if not unbolt the belt from it,s fixing point which will allow the belt to move more and you maybe able to free it.
