2004 Vauxhall Vectra clicking noise from rear n/s light area

Have a strange problem with this car there is a clicking noise from the rear n/s luggage compartment ( estate ) the sound is like a relay opening but it is not on the fuse board strange one any suggestions please

Not coming from the tailgate lock if nothing in fuse box ?
