The fan will keep running after switching off if overheating .Sure you haven't got an overheating problem that's causing the fan to run all the time ? Are you losing coolant ?

What!
I'm confused!
the engine is overheating and the rad cooling fan is staying on!!!!
Think I'd be looking very close at the coolant/water pump and ALL the rest of the cooling system.
clearly either the engine IS overheating,or the coolant is not circulating.
