2007 Vauxhall Vectra rear brakes

Can any one help I put new discs on the back of my Vectra c 150 and there is a nose coming from it sounds like the pads are moving should there be any shims in it it not a sri its a exclusive thanks.

Did you use copper grease ,If there were shim,s on the old pads they should be transferred to the new one,s if none then probably does not have them ,from memory that model does not.some cheap pads can be not quite the right size and cause chatter at low speeds,copper grease eliminate,s this.Lastly make sure everything is tight.

did you operate h/brake before pumping up brake pedal if you did h/brake mechanism wont have set properly check make sure h/brake levers on calipers are sat against there stops with h/brake off also did you clean up the hub flange before fitting the new discs
