Lack of power

2008 Vauxhall Vectra sri 1.8
Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2008
Variant: sri 1.8
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Runs fine up to approx 60mph then struggles to accelerate further. No apparent misfiring. Very rarely refuses to start, as if no fuel or ignition then fires up ok.(Maybe red herring?)
I've replaced plugs and coil pack. Any ideas please?
