2000 Vauxhall Vectra car alarm

Every time I lock my car then open it the alarm goes off any solutions to stop this happening?
As you may have guessed I'm a technical ludite!

one of the door switches could be sticking also check the bonnet switch for corrosion same with the tailgate dont know what alarm your car has fitted manufacturers or after market and if it is operated from a fob or key
