2006 Vauxhall Vectra possible turbo?

I am helping a friend to sort out a problem with all the breather pipes after the Turbo (Air Intake) are getting Oily & Sticky, Is this a sign that the Turbo is giving up??

Not neccessary so , a little oil in the intake is not abnormal .This explains quite well .

Glad to help .Wont go wrong if you keep an eye on it now and then but if no other symptons , " If it ain't broke, don't fix it." seems good advice .All the best .
