My vectras indicators flash fast wen I signal ive changed bulbs changed relay and changed indicator stalk. Im now all out of ideas and need help as my mot is due soon and no it will fail so if ne one can help plz

Checked the side repeater lights / bulbs also ?

The side repeaters are a halogen bulb n come in the 5w and they r fine
