2004 Vauxhall Vectra cold starting

Poor cold starting really have to crank it over to get it started have changed glow plugs but it may point to something else fuel heater/airflow meter/or some sensor any help appreciated

Could be an air leak and the fuel is feeding back to the tank .

When you say it could be an air leak on what side could it be on to cause it

It could be a number of things. Have you tried easy start.it could be a faulty injector,an air leak, poor compression etc.once running does it run ok?

The car runs fine when stated think the problem may be with the pre heat cos if l let the glow plugs work 3 times its a lot better

Check that all the glow plugs are working .

Could be glow plug relay.
