2007 Vauxhall Vectra the problem started with front drivers side fog not working changed bulb wasent that then it started working then dosent again but this time my drivers side headlight dosent work and everytime i indicate right my car makes a beeping sound

Check wiring to fog light .Check / test head light bulb .Check indicator bulbs for that side including one on wing .

Fault all on that side would point to a multi plug issue ,you could trace back the wiring and check for corrosion or chaffed wiring .
