2005 Vauxhall Vectra sump filling with water

Sump is filling with water very quickly, the intercooler has already been disconnected but sump still filling. The head gasket is ok, there is no clunk when turning over on starter. Any suggestions

Have you had a block test to confirm head or gasket not faulty ? If you keep on driving car with water in sump the engine may hydraulic and ruin engine .
