the element-type oil filter on the front cylinder block the threaded cap is this left or right handed only on the threaded cap shows an arrow pointing clockwise with 15 mn only cant shift it. BAGGSY

It is a normal thread. So right handed. So you to undo it, you need to turn it anti-clockwise. They can be tight sometimes...
