2000 Vauxhall Vectra failed steering rack, will any secondhand vectra b rack fit a 1.8 petrol

My steering rack has failed on my yr 2000 1.8 vectra and i've been looking at secondhand ones. Appears to be a conflict, some dealers say any vectra b rack will fit a 1.8, others say there are differnent ones depending on engine size and fuel type. Can anyone advise? Thanks

try using a online dealer such as 24/7 spares they will match up your part using your reg and chassis number ive used them dozens of times without issue
