Loud rumbling sound

my car is making a horrible rumbling sound. it seems to be coming from the front. sounds like a wheel bearing' but only happens when i reach 30mp stays untill i reach 55 mph then stops;its also a lot louder when im driving on smoother roads,,

Jack the car up and check for any free play (Wobble) in the wheels. Have you had new tyres fit that have not been balanced correctly

yes . it doesnt seem to be a wheel bearing. and i shifted the tyres around. yet the noise is still there..its totally weird, if im driving on a concrete road ' the noise is halved. but on a smooth tarmac rd, the noise is terrible. ty for your answr.
