Egine warning light

start the car when cold no problem when car is warm brake at lights or stop revs go down to idle engine light comes on pull of in 1st gear lmphe mode change to 2nd gear still lmphe mode until 2000 revs then engine light goes out car runs great until you stop then engine light comes on and goes in to limphe mode . i have had it pluged in to my brother in laws edios it came up withcode 1400 checked code edr vavle changed that changed sensor to the turbo changed sensor exhuast manefold put bottle of cat clean and put shell v power fuel in still the same any suguestions please
