I have a 2088 vectra and the passenger side foot well front and rear fills up with water and cannot see where it maybe comming from can you help

Make sure that the rubber drain holes on the bulkhead inside the engine bay are clear of dirt and debris...

Is the car losing water? is the inside heating working, if not could be a leaking heater matrix(behind the dashboard)
