2002 Vauxhall Vectra water boiling, overheating and engine management light on

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2002
Variant: 2.2
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
My Vauxhall vextra 2002 has just had a new head gasket but the car is still overheating. It quickly goes to 90-100 degrees whilst driving and the warning light comes on. I have to fill the water up every morning as its empty and now the engine management light has come on! Its also had a new thermostat!
Alsio the heating has stopped working!!

it sounds like you have an air lock in the system try filling the rad trough the top hose first then run with the heaters on full hot topping up the water gradually through header tank plus you need to get the codes read as well
