2004 Vauxhall Vectra all waring lights staying on

was replacing the dashboard but when i connected the clocks back up all warning lights came on even with key out the millage and speedo and rev counter also dont work all plugs only go in the one way could ploblem come from fauly indacater and wiper stocks?
