2000 Vauxhall Vectra radio in safe mode

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2000
Variant: 1.8 SE
Categories: Leaks & Noises
After replacing the car battery, the radio went into 'safe' mode and now will not work. How can I get it to work again?

Turn the ignition on and radio off, hold on to the AS button on the radio and then turn the radio on (whilst still holding AS button) after a few seconds it should ask for your radio code. Put your code in.

Hi My question is is similar to the above. I bought a Vauxhall Vectra Direct Design 2004 Auto Model last month and I changed the battery yesterday. The radio has now gone into safe mode how do I get it to work. Also where would I find the codes to put in?

Thank you
