Stiff Gear Changing

2005 Vauxhall Vectra 1.9CDTI
Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2005
Variant: 1.9CDTI
Categories: Gearbox & Clutch
I have a gearbox problem is that the gears are very stiff to change and cannot go in to reverse when the engine is running and same to at road speeds. The clutch pedal is fully pressed, what is causing the problem. The car has done 84k miles.

At which point does the clutch bite

It is fitted with F40 6 speed gearbox. It is the clutch. If I want to get this fixed, will need a new clutch with flywheel complete, or just a clutch. other wise adding the cost of £540 which I have been received for. Thank you.
