vibration felt through steering wheel when reaching 70 mph had wheels balanced ok brushes ok took to garage they found nothing. i am stumped cah anyone help

it is wheel balanced if one side out a mil you will get vibration try another dealer if you can get dont say it was done you need 000 per wheel.
