when i turn my engine/ ignition off my headlights stay on dipped beam and do not drop to side lights

the lights will stay on dip with the ignition off. you will have to turn the light switch to side lights.

I HAVE A VECTRA C 2007 FACELIFT WITH THE PROJECTOR HEADLAMPS BUT THEY ARE VERY DIM VISIBILTY IS CLOSE TO NONE AT NIGHT WHATS THE SOLUTION IVE ADJUSTED CHANGED THE HEADLIGHT PROBLEM STILL THERE!!!!
