Juddering when car starting up

I have had my vectra for 2 years its covered 56k warrenty up in december 2011 ,Its been great up until this week when its juddering on start up, worse if starting many times in one day It even had a griding sound on start up .
Could the fly wheel be the problem as i know they do go on this model

You do get problems with the DMF , rattles / judders etc .

Make sure engine mounts are ok before going to repaire centre.
