2006 Vauxhall Vectra no power at low revs.

When i am pulling away from a junction i have no acceleration until i hit about 2000 rpm. Once over this the car seems to run normally.

dont know if it is sorted yet but may be egr valve carboned up (exhaust gas recirculating valve)hope this helps

if not egr valve it could be the air mass meter,also check none of the turbo boost pipes have not come off or are split but you usually here a hissing sound on acceleration if the pipes are the fault
