Roof wont open

Had a new battery fitted in Feb this year.
At the time of the battery mechanic fitting it, the alarm kept going off..He eventually fitted the new battery and the alarm stopped..
Fast forward to now and good weather..it’s the first time since then that I’ve wanted to open the roof..It won’t open and neither will the boot..I’ve noticed that the time etc on dashboard has gone to zero

You need to get the battery voltage checked now on the battery that was fitted . A low battery can cause roof problems , could also check fuses
